10 big box jumps (15" going big!! haha)
15 Wallballs (10#)
200m sprint
(rest 2 minutes between rounds)

time minus rest: 13:38

I'm not a huge fan of wallballs, especially after the deadlift and cindy WODs, my legs were really feeling it!
