This was my first time ever attempting to do real handstand holds for more than 10 seconds. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do them for the full minute but I did! I love that feeling!

On my first round I could not get the DU's for the life of me then by the last round I got 5 in a row, wtf. Since I started school I've noticed my performance has really gone down. Before when I was only going part time, I had plenty of rest, but not its not the case. Its only been 4 weeks so maybe I still need to get used to it. It's a little frustrating not seeing improvement as much as I used to, so hopefully this doesn't last too long!
