Sunday's WOD

50 squats


"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar"

Some of my favorites: baby brussels sprouts, bell peppers, apples with peanut butter, broccoli slaw, just chicken, black forest ham, flat iron steak, strawberries, baby broccoli (with the stems).

One of the things I love about the zone is it doesn't really feel like your on diet.  Look at all that tasty food!
