Karen and 400s

Monday's WOD

150 Wall balls (10#/8ft)

2- 400m run with exactly 3 min rest between sets

1:34 (PR!), 1:40

For the first 40ish wall balls I was going for the 10ft target.  I could only do one or two at a time and I had to jump a little to get it up there, so I went down to the 8ft mark.  After that I got more in a rhythm and could do a lot more in a row.
