3 rounds (1 minute of each) of:
thursters (mod jumping squats to bar) - 14, 13, 12
20" box jumps - 18, 14, 14
double unders - 2, 6, 8
push ups (hands on 16" box) - 14, 11, 10
pull ups (1 arm snatch 20#) - 15, 13, 13

Total: 177

My hand is still hurting when I have to grip anything, it sucks. I'm not quite sure what's going on with that but I'm going to take it easy for a while to see if it gets better.
